Deathrun related:
1.What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is when a player that is already dead or death gives out vital information to the runners to help them pass.
This usually applies to traps that are preset such as the platforms on atomic, doors on minecraft, coloured platforms on helix, platforms on egypt etc.
Ghosting is also when dead players or enemy team (deaths) give information otherwise unattainable to the runners.
This applies to:
Deaths vicinity to the trap.
Deaths location in general.
If the trap has already been activated.

2.How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
Depends on the player. In some cases players lash out of anger because they died. Other times they are just insulting people looking to get a rise out of them or is a retaliation to another player disrespecting them.
Judging accordingly to the above criteria I would:

Disrespect out of frustration:
Attempt to calm the player down. After doing so i would warn him not to disrespect again since its against the rules. If he does not calm down in the first place I would mute/gag him depending on the method of disrespect (Mic/Text). After a few minutes I would unmute/ungag if he hasn't calmed down by then and keeps disrespecting I would warn him. If he continues to do so i would kick him or notify an Admin to ban him. If there are no Admins online i would fill out a report on forums for said player.

Deliberate insults:
I would warn him to stop if he continued on doing so I would gag/mute and warn and leave him gagged/muted till the end of the map. If he rejoined to get rid of the gag/mute i would warn him for avoiding punishment. If he kept on doing so i would notify an Admin to ban him or make a report on forums depending on the availability of higher ranking staff.

Retaliation:
I would attempt to calm down the player or players depending on the situation. If they're both disrespecting each other i would warn them once if they ignored the warning I would gag/mute them both (depending on their method of communication). After a few minutes i would ungag/unmute them having given them enough time to calm down. If they continued to disrespect each other I would warn them both for disrespect and gag/mute them till the end of the map. If they rejoined to avoid gag or mute i would call an Admin to ban them, or i would make a report on forums about the players in question.

3.Why I should be chosen:
I have a lot of experience as Gmod staff. I was Admin on a popular DarkRP server and had about 4 weeks total gametime on said server as staff.
I became a moderator on a different Deathrun server afterwards but i quit because the community became worse.
After leaving the deathrun server a friend of mine decided to start a deathrun server and I helped him out by being the Head Admin and fixing the ranks and promoting people. He shut it down 2 months later due to having too much work in real life. It was decently popular with 10-20 people online during the day.
After my friend shut down his server i started playing Bhop more seriously. I became an Admin on a bhop server and was Admin there for a month or two before it shut down due to lack of funding. It was decently popular and used the same addons as the ZARP Bhop server.
I am not hesitant to act in fear of doing something wrong. I trust my own judgement in situations like the ones listed above. I don't take sides when it comes to accusations of rule breaking.

Side notes:
I have been warned once I believe because i suicided as death on the first round.
The warning was for death avoiding. I killed myself due to the amount of players waiting while 1 player was slowly making progress through the map.
I don't generally break rules the only rule I might break at times is disrespect. Usually its not just random its in retaliation to other people disrespecting me or my friends. If there are staff online however I let them deal with the situation.
