Couldn’t find any screenshots. But I did find my video showcasing it. I go into the beach district around 25 seconds in. The reason I removed the district was it was quite unless and only led to lag caused by people building massive props in the ocean. I mean i always found that the beach district was too mfucking big for it's use.
Why not adding it back but maybe in a different place and make it less larger
