2.No joke entrys.
3.You can only Enter 1 time.
4.Must Follow Forum and Signature rules.
5.Can only be at max 780w x 280h Pixels.

why exactly photoshop only? How would you control that people used photoshop? Why is age relevant? Why is size relevant when you already said the rule is "5.Can only be at max 780w x 280h Pixels." ?
