This build is bad. Its expensive and has less gaming performance than most other build for that pricing. For example an i5 is way better for gaming than an i7.

GPU rendering also is more efficient so I don't see a point paying more money for an i7 that literally does nothing better but multithreading and rendering. Gaming performance is less, price is higher -> Bad build.
